The gardens provide a healthy environment for children and adults as well. They are considered a place suitable for all the family members and one of the fundamental bases of modern urbanism. The municipality has therefore rehabilitated the public garden, adjacent to the municipal building, named the garden of martyr Cheikh Pierre Amine Gemayel by the former municipal council. New games have been added to develop children's body skills, as well as a pétanque court, benches and green spaces full of flowers, plants and trees. The garden is designed to welcome different age groups. It has also been adapted to facilitate the mobility of people with special needs. Given the importance of green spaces, the garden of Ain el-Rihana and the garden of the public square were similarly maintained. The small garden built to honor the martyr Charles Chikhani near the Saint-Georges church was also planted.
