Mission
The mission of the Municipality consists in spreading the maximum efforts to simplify the everyday life of Bikfaya-Mhaydssé inhabitants and to concretize a maximum of projects, aiming to offer the best rural quality of life respecting the international standards.
The working specter to cover is very wide and diversified: social, health, infrastructure, ecology, cultural, patrimonial etc.
To finalize these projects, the City Council and the committees ad hoc play an excellent role, through dedicated teams and annual main plan focusing on the established priorities.

Vision
Our vision is to situate Bikfaya-Mhaydssé at the top of all cities-villages, to become a major point of tourism and (holiday resort in Lebanon). To reach this commitment, a synergy between citizens and municipality is rigorous. Thus, several axes of works will be concomitantly launched throughout six years of our mandate by the Municipality and the City Council in association with the civil society.
